Take the CNA Test in Westerly

Nursing aide students are now able to take their certification exams at Westerly Education Center. The addition of this test site helps make the certification process more accessible for individuals who want to stay local.

The National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) certified nurse aide exam is administered twice a month – on the first and last Monday of each month. The Rhode Island Department of Health provides access to the exam and study materials and manages the registration process.

“We’re pleased to be selected as a test site for the CNA exam,” said Tom Pearce, director of OPC’s Westerly Education Center. “The CNA trainings at our 116 High Street location have added dozens of new aides to the workforce, and this test location makes it even more convenient for students to complete their preparations for this new career.”
